Hegseth Fires Back at Congress
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth (@PeteHegseth) made his first congressional appearance since the Iran war began.
He testified for nearly six hours before the House Armed Services Committee alongside Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Dan Caine.
His message was clear and unapologetic. Iran cannot have a nuclear bomb. Period.
Hegseth told lawmakers the U.S. is working to get Tehran “to a point where they’re at the table” — surrendering nuclear ambitions for good.
That IS the endgame Democrats claim doesn’t exist.

War Powers Threat and Democratic Sabotage
Democrats called the war “undefined” and “unauthorized,” floating the War Powers Resolution of 1973 to force a U.S. withdrawal by June.
Hegseth didn’t blink. He fired back, calling domestic critics “reckless, feckless and defeatist” — and named them America’s “biggest adversary” in this fight.
He’s right. The Left’s most dangerous weapon isn’t in Tehran. It’s on Capitol Hill.

U.S. Spends $25,000 Million and Iran Still Has No Nukes
The war has cost $25,000 million so far — mostly munitions. Gas prices posted their largest monthly jump in six decades.
Democrats are outraged at the price tag. But Hegseth (@PeteHegseth) reminded Congress: “Iran cannot have a nuclear bomb — we are proud of this undertaking.”
Nuclear-armed Iran would cost the world infinitely more. Some things are worth the price.
Strength wins. Appeasement never does. 🇺🇸🛡️💥 #AmericaFirst #Iran #middleeastwars
