King Charles III became the first British monarch in decades to address a joint session of U.S. Congress today — calling for “unyielding resolve” in defense of Ukraine.
With all due respect, that is not his address to make.
America First means Americans decide when and where U.S. blood and treasure get spent. Not foreign royals — however well-intentioned.
Congress gave standing ovations. That changes nothing about who actually pays the bill.
Who Pays for This War?
Charles’s words were eloquent. But it is American taxpayers and soldiers who fund that “unyielding resolve” — not Buckingham Palace.
Europe has armies, economies, and NATO commitments of its own. Let them match their rhetoric with real resources.
The Ukrainian people deserve genuine peace — not another blank check signed by Washington.
NATO’s Last Sales Pitch
Trump wants to end this war and pull back from NATO’s costly commitments.
So the globalist establishment sends a king to lobby Congress directly — no American vote, no elected mandate.
We gave King Charles the benefit of the doubt — believing this historic U.S. visit was about strengthening the U.K.-U.S. alliance. It now appears the primary mission was to secure U.S. support for a war Trump is actively trying to stop.
