Sen. Gallego Says Ukraine Is Winning — The Map Says Otherwise

Sen. Ruben Gallego says Ukraine is winning — but Russia controls 20% of Ukrainian territory, the size of Pennsylvania. Frustrated ≠ winning. Gallego wants deeper weapons, longer reach, and faster escalation toward a nuclear power. Trump negotiates. Gallego escalates.

He Wants War, Not Peace

Sen. Gallego (@SenRubenGallego) told the McCain Institute Sedona Forum that “Ukraine destroying Russia is good for world stability.”

Those are his exact words. Not paraphrased. Not taken out of context.

He wants deeper weapons, longer reach, faster decisions — and frames any hesitation as part of the problem.

Really, Senator?

Destroying a nuclear power is your stability plan?

Trump is negotiating. Gallego is escalating. One of these men has the nuclear codes in mind. The other has a microphone.

Senator Gallego’s Dangerous Fantasy

This is not strategy. This is a blank check written with American weapons and Ukrainian blood.

Gallego demands we arm Ukraine to “destroy” Russia’s military capability — while conveniently sitting safely in Washington.

Trump’s America First approach is clear: peace through strength, not endless war funded by American taxpayers with no exit plan in sight.

Is Ukraine Winning or Is Gallego Dreaming?

Let’s check the map, Senator. Russia controls roughly 20% of Ukrainian territory — an area the size of Pennsylvania.

Yes, Ukraine frustrated Putin’s original blitzkrieg plan. That is real and credit is due. But frustrated ≠ winning.

Sen. Gallego is dangerously optimistic — and wants your tax dollars to fund that optimism deeper into Russian territory.

Afghanistan taught us this lesson. Iraq taught us this lesson. Gallego wasn’t listening then either.
