TULSI GABBARD DNI RESIGNS — AND WE WILL MISS HER
Tulsi Gabbard DNI submitted her resignation as Director of National Intelligence on May 22, 2026, effective June 30.
She didn’t leave because of pressure or politics. She left because her husband Abraham was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of bone cancer.
She wrote to President Trump that she “cannot in good conscience” ask him to face this fight alone while continuing in this demanding role.
That sentence says everything about the kind of person she is.
President Trump praised her on Truth Social, writing that she “has done an incredible job, and we will miss her,” adding that Aaron Lukas, her Principal Deputy, will serve as acting DNI.
We wrote months ago right here at Chomcho.com that Tulsi wasn’t going anywhere — and we were speaking about her mission.
We were right about her heart too. She didn’t abandon her post. She answered a higher call.

Tulsi chose her husband. That is not weakness. That is exactly the kind of moral clarity that Washington desperately needs and rarely sees.
From Democrat to Truth-Teller
Tulsi Gabbard was not always a conservative.
Born in American Samoa and raised in Hawaii, she brought a background unlike most in Washington — military service, multicultural roots, and an independent mind.
She ran for president as a Democrat in 2020 and served as DNC vice chair. But she chose principles over ideology.
In 2022 she quit the Democrat Party, calling it an “elitist cabal of warmongers” obsessed with wokeness, open borders, and weaponizing government institutions against its own people.
She endorsed Trump in 2024, joined the GOP, and became one of his most trusted surrogates.
Conservatives embraced her not because she was born on the right — but because she had the rare courage to walk away from the left when the left completely lost its mind.
That kind of integrity is almost extinct in Washington.
Tulsi Gabbard DNI and the Ukraine Biolabs Warning
Long before joining the Trump administration, Tulsi Gabbard DNI was already sounding the alarm that others refused to hear.
In March 2022, she publicly warned about 25+ US-funded biolabs operating in Ukraine, stating that if those facilities were breached during the war, they could release dangerous pathogens affecting the U.S. and the world.
The media immediately labeled her a Russian puppet for saying so.
She later clarified publicly that she was not accusing anyone of bioweapons development — she was raising a legitimate public health concern rooted in the hard lessons of COVID-19, about dangerous pathogen research operating inside an active warzone.
Nobody listened.
Then, as DNI in 2026, she launched formal investigations into 120+ US-funded overseas biolabs — more than 40 of them in Ukraine — ordering a full assessment of gain-of-function research and pathogen risks.
She was consistent. Before and after joining the Trump team, the biolabs were a priority.
The establishment called it Russian propaganda. She called it accountability.
The CIA, the Deep State, and the Globalists Who Hate Her
The Gateway Pundit reported this week — citing investigative journalist Catherine Herridge — that the CIA has been illegally spying on Tulsi Gabbard and actively interfering with her DNI investigations, with whistleblower testimony to back it up.
The intelligence establishment stonewalled her, blocked her team’s probes into government corruption, and worked against her from the inside. This is not surprising.
The Deep State does not fear loud critics. It fears people with actual power and actual access.
Gabbard has spoken openly about globalist interference in American institutions and the urgent need to clean house in the intelligence community.
The Globalists will be glad she is leaving.
That alone tells you everything about the value of the work she was doing.
The battle she fought was real. The resistance she faced was organized. And the people celebrating her departure today are the exact same people she was investigating.
Her work mattered. The truth always does.
